McKinley High School Alumni Association has the distinction of owning and operating The McKinley Alumni Center.   Formerly McKinley Elementary School, the McKinley Alumni Center is located at 1520 Thomas Delpit Dr., Baton Rouge, Louisiana.   

Since the ribbon cutting ceremony in 2006, the building has operated as a meeting and community center and has housed many state and local business offices.   McKinley Alumni Center was entered into the National Historic Registry in 1981.
