Executive Suite Office Rental

New Space for Rent!

Does your business need room to grow? Take a look at our Executive Suite! This room features access to our Supervisor Office with desk, office chair, and bookshelf. Your company’s own reception area with desk and chairs included. Additionally, you will receive access to one middle office, rear room, and work room. Please note, rental prices vary based on the time of your event. Events before 6pm are rented out at $135/hr.

Events after 6pm are considered a special package at a rate of $235/hr plus a $200 deposit (1 Baton Rouge Police Office is included). There is a 4 hour minimum on all events after 6pm. Please note, all events involving the servicing of alcoholic beverages require a minimum of 1 Baton Rouge Police Officer.

Room Rental

Please note: Entire building has internet WiFi access. Utilities are included in the rent rate. Short term leases are available for 30 days. Office, Conference Room, and Class Room daily rental is available. Contact us today for more information.

Equipment Rental

Please note: Equipment is offered on a first come, first serve basis. Contact us today to verify that supplies are in stock. The following items are included with your equipment rental at no cost.

Additional items for rent include: Stage, Projector, Bar, Large Blue Ice Chest, Event Photographer

All events include a mandatory, non-refundable $140 deposit. There is also an additional $125 Cleaning Deposit applied to all events as well. Both of these deposits are non-refundable and must be paid on the date of the contract booking.
