“I’m ready to get started,” former LSU and WNBA star Tameka Johnson said in a recent address to the McKinley Alumni Association at its monthly meeting in July.
Johnson, now retired from the WNBA, is the new head basketball coach of the Panthers women’s basketball team.
Johnson said she has been getting an education on the proud history of the school while preparing for her first season at McKinley.
